Back to School...Messenger Bag

For the last two weeks Hannah has been making a messenger bag for her school books. It really wasn't hard at all and only took her two weeks to complete! It is such a great idea to make for children who are starting back to school. The patter is an Izzy and Ivy designs pattern. If you have any questions about it let me know. Or if you want us or one of our students to make you one let us know! It is great because you can personalize it with your own choice of fabrics and even get your name embroidered on it!

Baby Booties

Today I made a couple pairs of little baby booties. They are pretty simple but very sweet. What I really like about them is you can embellish them any way you want. Here's just my first ones but I'm sure I'll be making many more up! The pattern is from this website called Joyfolie. Let me know if you want a pair for your little one! Their selling for $10 a pair.

Completed Swiss Dot Eyelet Dresses

Last week we completed our dresses we made ourselves with the fabric from San Francisco. We added lace down the front of the bodice from the bag we were given of antique lace. We also added some other trims to give it a vintage dress look. Let me know what you think!

Remember those pageant dresses we made about a month ago? Well, today we finally were able to get some photos of a couple of them. One is a trench coach with sparkly pink accents and the other is a special occasion dress.
